Nahum: Summary & Overview
Overview
Nahum prophesies the destruction of Nineveh — the same city Jonah preached to a century earlier. Though Nineveh repented under Jonah, they returned to their violent ways. Nahum declares that God is patient but will not allow injustice to continue forever. It's a powerful reminder that God's patience has limits and His justice is certain.
