Zechariah: Summary & Overview

Overview

Zechariah prophesied alongside Haggai, encouraging the rebuilding of the temple through a series of vivid visions. His later chapters contain some of the most detailed Messianic prophecies in the Old Testament — the king riding on a donkey, being sold for thirty pieces of silver, and being pierced. Zechariah bridges the Old and New Testaments in remarkable ways.
